Not a Christmas item, but sold only at the brand's limited-time GRANSTA Tokyo store, on B1 inside the ticket gates near the Gin no Suzu meeting spot. The Tokyo Journey Assortment (8 pieces, ¥2,592 including tax) has eight flavors, including Uji matcha, lemon and Amaou strawberry. It's on sale until March 31, 2027, while supplies last.

The brand also has a red and green Holiday Gift of 3 pieces (¥1,188 including tax, until Dec 25). The release lists its stores across Japan without naming Tokyo Station, so ask in the shop.

If you've used a Suica card in Japan, you know this penguin. It retires as Suica's image character at the end of fiscal 2026, and GRANSTA is marking the moment with four limited cakes. All prices include tax.

  • Christmas Shortcake (Caffarel): ¥5,800, 300 made. The penguin dresses as Santa
  • Christmas Chocolate Cake (Caffarel): ¥5,800, 300 made. Comes with a life-size chocolate Suica card
  • Gianduia Roll Cake (Caffarel): ¥5,600, 200 made
  • The three Caffarel cakes: online orders Nov 9 – Dec 20, pickup and in-store sale Dec 23–25
  • Ruban de Noël (Colombin): ¥5,739, 110 made. Orders Nov 9 – Dec 15, pickup Dec 20–25, no in-store sale

SOBAP's Christmas set has eight hand-sized crepes that look like tiny bouquets, with sweet fillings such as strawberry and pistachio plus savory roast beef and salmon (¥4,500, 90 sets). It's pre-order only: online until 3 days before pickup, in store until Dec 20, with pickup on Dec 23–25.

Pie shop Yu-Pie-mu makes its first Christmas cake: a 15 cm flaky pie with vanilla mousse, cream and strawberries (¥3,456, 60 made). Order Nov 9 – Dec 20, or buy it in store on Dec 23–25.

How to buy at GRANSTA as a visitor

  • GRANSTA Tokyo is inside the ticket gates. If you aren't taking a train, you need a platform ticket (入場券)
  • Online orders go through JRE MALL Order, linked from GRANSTA's Christmas page (2026 version due Nov 9 around 10:00). The order guide we checked is in Japanese
  • Most pre-orders are picked up at the special counter in Square Zero, B1 inside the gates: Dec 23 16:00–19:00, Dec 24–25 12:00–20:00. Some items differ
  • A whole cake needs a fridge, so only order one if you have somewhere to keep it. The releases don't give shelf life, so ask staff before packing any sweets for a flight

Good to know

On alcohol, the GRANSTA release lists the Caffarel Suica penguin cakes and the Yu-Pie-mu pie as alcohol-free, and the SOBAP set and Colombin cake as containing a trace used for aroma. That's about alcohol only, not a halal or allergy statement, so check the ingredients on the order page or with staff if you need to.
